# The Restrictive Practices Court Rules 1976, Article 9


Without prejudice to the operation of rule 6, the Director, or any person or association who falls to be treated as being, or as being represented by, a representative respondent, may at any time apply to the Court for an order such as is mentioned in rule 6(1).
