# The Restrictive Trade Practices (Non-notifiable Agreements) (Turnover Threshold) Amendment Order 1997, Article 1: Title and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Non-notifiable Agreements) (Turnover Threshold) Amendment Order 1997.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 9th January 1998 and shall apply to agreements made on or after that date.
