# The Restrictive Trade Practices (Services) (Amendment) Order 1989, Article 2


The articles set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be added to the Restrictive Trade Practices (Services) Order 1976 and shall apply to agreements made on or after the date on which this Order comes into force.
