  "text": "(1) The standards specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order, being standards adopted by Electricity Association Services Limited on 6th April 1990 are hereby approved for the purposes of sections 9(5) and 18(5) of the 1976 Act.\n(2) The arrangements specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order, being arrangements adopted by Electricity Association Services Limited on 6th April 1990, are hereby approved for the purposes of sections 9(5) and 18(5) of the 1976 Act.",
