Paragraph 21 Gas Act 1986

The Gas Act 1986^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a)

section 4B(4)^f2;

(b)

section 4C(2)^f3;

(c)

section 48(1)^f4, in the definition of “designated regulatory function”.
