# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 23: Consumer Protection Act 1987


In section 4(1)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”.
