# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 26: Electricity Act 1989


(1) The Electricity Act 1989 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—
(a) section 3D(5);
(b) section 3E(2);
(c) section 64(1), in the definition of “designated regulatory function”.
