# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 58: Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005


(1) The Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—
(a) Article 82(2)(h);
(b) Article 183(2)(g).
