The Companies Act 2006^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a)

section 461(4)(h)^f2;

(b)

section 1254(1)(a)^f3;

(c)

paragraph 78 of Schedule 11A^f4.
