# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 62: Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006


In section 12(3) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 omit “or anything which is retained EU law by virtue of section 4 of that Act”.
