Article 1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Retained Organs Commission (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

This Order extends to England only.

In this Order “the Commission” means the Retained Organs Commission established by this Order.
