  "text": "Travelling and overnight subsistence expenses of-\n(a) the returning officer; and\n(b) any person appointed under section 28(5) of the Representation of the People Act 1983 or paced at the returning officer’s disposal under section 25(2) or (3) of that Act; and\n(c) any clerical or other assistants employed by the returning officer, where necessary to make arrangement for the poll or otherwise in connection with the conduct of the election.",
