Article 3 Revocation

The Revaluation (Consequential Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997^f1 (“the 1997 Order”) is hereby revoked.

Notwithstanding the revocation of the 1997 Order by paragraph (1), paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Modification and Repeal of Transferred Provisions relating to Harbours) Order (Northern Ireland) 1973^f2 shall continue to have effect as if this Order had not been made.
