Coming into force 20th January 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1(1) and (6) of the Rating (Revaluation Rebates) (Scotland) Act 1985and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
