  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order redetermines for the third time the amount of the revenue support grant payable to each local authority specified in Schedule 1 to the Order in respect of the financial year 1990-91, and redetermines for the first time the amount of such grant payable to each local authority specified in Schedule 2 in respect of the financial year 1991-92.\nAs a consequence, the Order revokes the Revenue Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1991 (which determined the original amount of revenue support grant payable in respect of 1991-92) and certain provisions in the Revenue Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1992 (which previously redetermined the amount of such grant payable in respect of 1990-91).",
