  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order redetermines for the fourth time the amount of the revenue support grant payable to each local authority in respect of each of the financial years 1991-92 and 1992-93.\nAs a consequence, the Order revokes those provisions in the Revenue Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1995 which previously redetermined the amount of such grant payable in respect of those financial years.",
