  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order redetermines for the sixth time the amount of the revenue support grant payable to each local authority in respect of the financial year 1992-93.\nAs a consequence, the Order revokes those provisions in the Revenue Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1997 which previously redetermined the amount of such grant payable in respect of that financial year.\nThe local authorities referred to in the Order ceased to exist as at 1st April 1996 and arrangements for additional payments, and repayments, arising from this Order accordingly fall to be made with the new authorities which came into existence on that date.",
