  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nSections 78 and 79 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 provide for revenue support grant to be payable to any body which provides services for local authorities and which is specified by the Secretary of State in regulations.\nThe Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) Regulations 1992 are amended to omit the entry relating to the Local Authorities' Race Relations Information Exchange and to amend the entry relating to the Local Authorities Co-ordinating Body on Trading Standards.",
