  "text": "In relation to any financial year beginning on or after 1st April 1996, regulation 3 of the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) Regulations 1992 is amended as follows—\n(a) paragraph (e) is omitted; and\n(b) there is added at the end—\n“(i) Public Private Partnerships Programme Limited;\n(j) The National Youth Agency, as respects England.”.",
