  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nSections 78 and 79 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 provide for revenue support grant to be payable to any body which provides services for local authorities and which is specified by the Secretary of State in regulations. These powers are now vested in the National Assembly for Wales in relation to Wales.\nThese Regulations amend the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) (Wales) Regulations 2000 by removing the Local Authorities Co-ordinating Body on Food and Trading Standards from the list of specified bodies and adding the Local Authorities Co-ordinators of Regulatory Services. The amendments have effect for financial years beginning on or after 1 April 2003.",
