# The Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) Regulations 1989

LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 22nd November 1989
Laid before Parliament 27th November 1989
Coming into force 19th December 1989
In exercise of the power conferred on me by section 76(4) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, and after consulting such representatives of local government as appear to me to be appropriate, I hereby make the following Regulations:

## 1 

These Regulations may be cited as the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 19th December 1989.

## 2 

The Fire Service College is hereby specified pursuant to section 76(4) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988.
