Article 1 Citation, commencement and revocation

This Order may be cited as the Right to Purchase (Application Form) (Scotland) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 30th September 2002.

The Right to Purchase (Application Form) (Scotland) Order 2000^f1 is hereby revoked.
