  "text": "The form in the Schedule to the Right to Purchase (Loan Application) (Scotland) Order 1980 is amended as follows:–\n(a) at the end of the first paragraph there shall be inserted the following paragraph:–\n“You cannot apply for a loan from any of the bodies mentioned above if you are applying to purchase under the rent to loan scheme.”; and\n(b) in section 5 for “industrial disease benefit:” there shall be substituted “industrial disablement benefit:”.",
