# The Right to Purchase (Loan Application) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1993, Article 2: Citation and commencement


The form in the Schedule to the Right to Purchase (Loan Application) (Scotland) Order 1980 is amended as follows:–
(a) at the end of the first paragraph there shall be inserted the following paragraph:–
“You cannot apply for a loan from any of the bodies mentioned above if you are applying to purchase under the rent to loan scheme.”; and
(b) in section 5 for “industrial disease benefit:” there shall be substituted “industrial disablement benefit:”.
