  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Right to Purchase (Loan Application) (Scotland) Order 1980 by adding a paragraph to the form in the Schedule to that Order informing borrowers of their being unable to borrow from a local authority, a new town development corporation or Scottish Homes when they are purchasing their house under the rent to loan scheme (introduced into the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 by the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c. 28)) and by correcting a typographical error in section 5 in the form.",
