Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Right to Time Off for Study or Training Regulations 2001, shall come into force on 1st September 2001 and shall extend to England and Wales only.

(2)

These Regulations apply in relation to any employee who ordinarily works in England or Wales.
