# The Right to Time Off for Study or Training (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2001, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Right to Time Off for Study or Training (Scotland) Regulations 1999


In regulation 3(2) (Standard of achievement) after sub paragraph (f) there shall be inserted–
“(g) where an employee has been awarded a Key Skills qualification at level 2 (intermediate level) he shall be treated as having achieved a GCSE grades A* to C.”.
