  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the 1921 Regulations prescribing the procedure for claiming compensation under the Riot (Damages) Act 1886.\nIn particular, they remove the requirement for particular specified information to be included in a claim, and remove the requirement for all claims to be in a specified form.",
