  "text": "In Regulation 1 of the principal Regulations, there shall be substituted for the entries following that relating to the Metropolitan Police District, the following entries:—\n“\nA police area consisting of a non-metropolitan county\nTo the clerk to the County Council\nAny other police area\nTo the clerk to the police authority.\n”",
