# The Riot (Damages) (Amendment) Regulations 1986, Regulation 3


In Regulation 1 of the principal Regulations, there shall be substituted for the entries following that relating to the Metropolitan Police District, the following entries:—
“
A police area consisting of a non-metropolitan county
To the clerk to the County Council
Any other police area
To the clerk to the police authority.
”
