Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Riot (Damages) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 12th August 2011.
(2)
In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Regulations dated 1st October 1921 made by the Secretary of State under section 3(2) of the Riot (Damages) Act 1886 as to claims for compensationf1.
