# The Riot (Damages) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 2: Amendment of the principal Regulations


For regulation 2 of the principal Regulations, substitute—
“2. All claims shall be so delivered within forty-two clear days after the day when such injury, stealing or destruction took place.”
