# The Rivenhall Generating Station Extension Order 2024, Article 10: Arbitration

Extent: E+W

(1) Any difference under any provision of this Order, unless otherwise provided for in this Order or agreed in writing between the parties, shall be referred to and settled by a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties within 14 days of receipt of a notice of arbitration or, failing agreement, to be appointed on the application of either party (after giving notice in writing to the other) by the Secretary of State.
(2) Any matter for which the consent or approval of the Secretary of State is required under any provision of this Order shall not be subject to arbitration.
