  "text": "(1) The authorised development must commence within five years of the date on which this Order comes into force.\n(2) The undertaker shall serve notice to the relevant planning authority 5 working days prior to commencement, and shall confirm in that notice whether the undertaker is carrying out Work No. 1 or Work No. 2.",
