# The Rivenhall Generating Station Extension Order 2024, Paragraph 2: Commencement of the authorised development

Extent: E+W

(1) The authorised development must commence within five years of the date on which this Order comes into force.
(2) The undertaker shall serve notice to the relevant planning authority 5 working days prior to commencement, and shall confirm in that notice whether the undertaker is carrying out Work No. 1 or Work No. 2.
