Article 1 Citation and Commencement

(1)

This Order may be cited as the River Bann Navigation Order (Northern Ireland) 2002 and shall come into operation on 17th February 2003.

(2)

This Order shall be construed as one with the River Bann Navigation Acts 1879 to 1956^f1.

(3)

The River Bann Navigation Acts 1879 to 1956 and this Order may be cited together as the River Bann Navigation Acts and Order 1879 to 2002.
