Article 13 Repeal

(1)

The statutory provisions specified in columns 1 and 2 of Part I of Schedule 2 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in column 3 of that Part.

(2)

On the new constitution date the statutory provisions specified in columns 1 and 2 of Part II of Schedule 2 are hereby repealed or revoked to the extent specified in column 3 of that Part.
