  "text": "Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Rivers Authority may purchase compulsorily such of the lands delineated on the deposited plans and shown on those plans as being within the limit of land to be acquired as they may require for the construction, maintenance and operation of the works or other purposes connected therewith, including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) for the purpose of obtaining access thereto, obtaining materials for the construction thereof, depositing spoil or other material excavated during the construction thereof, or otherwise for the purposes of this Order or other purposes connected therewith.",
