The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Thames Barrier and Flood Prevention Act 1972f1 and now vested in themf2 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order–
