# River Dee, Chester Act 1698, Section VIII: Account of Receipts and Payments to be kept by Corporation.


And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That a true and perfect Account of all Collections Receipts and Disbursements by virtue of this Act for making and maintaining the said River navigable or any thing relating thereunto shall from time to time be duely kept and entred in a Booke or Books to be provided and kept by the said Mayor and Citizens for that Purpose
