Section XIII Seven Commissioners may set out Roads over the Grounds herein mentioned.

Provided neverthelesse That it shall and may be lawfull for the said Commissioners above named or any Seaven of them at such their Meeting as aforesaid and afterwards from time to time as Occasion shall require to appoint and sett out a convenient Road and publick High-way in One or more Place or Places over the Sands Soile and Grounds on either Side of the said new intended Chanell within the Compasse and Limitts herein before directed to be bounded and to be marked out as aforesaid Which Road and High-way shall be maintained and repaired from time to time by the said Mayor and Citizens and their Successors for ever
