  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the River Hamble Harbour Revision Order 1989 and shall come into force on 12th December 1989.\n(2) The River Hamble Harbour Revision Orders 1969 and 1982 and this Order may be cited together as the River Hamble Harbour Revision Orders 1969 to 1989.",
