  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order alters the constitution of the Management Committee (a sub-committee of the Hampshire County Council) established by article 12 of the River Hamble Harbour Revision Order 1969, as that article was substituted, with amendments, by article 3 of the River Hamble Harbour Revision Order 1982. This Order would afford a right to the River Hamble Boatyard and Marina Operators' Association to appoint a member.\nThe applicant for this Order is the Hampshire County Council, The Castle, Winchester S023 8UJ.",
