Article 2

Rule 18 of the Schedule to the River Hull (Navigation) Rules Order 1957^f1 is hereby further amended as follows:

In Rule 18 for the words “the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1983”^f2 there shall be substituted the words: “the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1989”^f3 and for the words “the Collision Rules (Seaplanes) Order 1983”^f4 there shall be substituted “the Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 1989”^f5.
