  "text": "Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (minerals) are incorporated in this Order subject to the modifications that—\n(a) for “the acquiring authority” substitute “the undertaker”;\n(b) for “undertaking” substitute “authorised project”; and\n(c) for “compulsory purchase order” substitute “this Order”.",
