  "text": "(1) No stage of the authorised project may commence until, for that stage, details of drainage methods for both temporary and permanent works have after consultation with the drainage authority and the Environment Agency been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.\n(2) The authorised project must be carried out in accordance with the approved details.",
