# The River Humber (Upper Burcom Tidal Stream Generator) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the River Humber (Upper Burcom Tidal Stream Generator) Order 2008.
(2) This Order comes into force on the date on which the notice required by section 14(1)(b) of the Transport and Works Act 1992 is first published.
