Article 9 Permanent lights and navigational safety aids

After the completion of the tidal works the undertaker shall exhibit every night from sunset to sunrise such lights, if any, and shall provide such markers, if any, and take such other steps for the prevention of danger to navigation as A. B. Ports may from time to time direct.
