  "text": "Transport And Works, England\nOffshore Installations, England\nElectricity, England\nMade 2nd April 2008\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (“the Secretary of State”) by sections 3 and 5 of, and paragraphs 1 to 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 15 to 17 of Schedule 1 to, the Transport and Works Act 1992 (“the 1992 Act”).\nIn accordance with section 6 of the 1992 Act the Secretary of State has received an application for an order under section 3 of that Act, that complies with and the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2006 (“the 2006 Rules”).\nIn accordance with section 13(1) of the 1992 Act the Secretary of State has determined to make an Order under section 3 of that Act giving effect to the proposals comprised in the application.\nAccordingly the Secretary of State makes the following Order:",
