Section IX Highways, &c. not diverted without Permission of Seven or more Commissioners.

And be it hereby further enacted That the said Henry Ashley his Heires or Assignes shall not change or divert any High-way or Common Foot-Path or remove any Bridge upon the said River without Allowance first had from the said Commissioners or any Seaven of them under their Hands and Seales for doeing the same
